What happens next?

After you’ve submitted payment for your appointment, you will receive an email from support@cryingcolicandbeyond.com (please add to your address book to avoid it being filtered to spam). This email will include all the details you need to get set up in our online HIPAA compliant electronic medical interface so that we can schedule your appointment. It will also include a selection of Dr. Prince's earliest available appointment times, so that you can choose the time and day that works best for you and your little one. Dr. Prince aims to see new patients as quickly as possible and in most cases we are able to offer you a telemedicine appointment within 24-48 hours.

Please note: It can take up to 12 hours to receive this initial email, particularly if payment was submitted before 9am/after 6pm PDT, over the weekend or on holidays. If you have not received an email from us after 12 hours, please double check your junk/spam folder.
